Approach and Practice Focus:
My professional approach is eclectic, drawing upon several schools of thought which include Humanistic Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Jungian Dream Interpretation, Interfaith Spiritual Counseling, and Life Coaching. My professional experience has focused on adults of all ages in transition, or with depression, confusion, anxiety, and those who are especially challenged by current life situations. It has also focused on couples in relationships and in training parents to use more effective parenting skills (see Howard Glasser's Nurtured Heart Approach).

“Things to do today: inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.”
